This annual publication presents data on establishments, employment, payroll, material and supplies used, fuel and electricity, as well as on production and shipments.  Data are presented by industry and by province.  The document provides a summary of highlights of Canadian non-metallic mineral mining and quarrying, definitions, a list of suggested further reading and an explanation of the survey methodology.
