This map displays the variability of the estimated runoff at each pixel by evaluating the proportion of the standard deviation to the mean over the thirty year time series. The map uses color gradations to indicate areas of low variability to high variability. Due to data paucity and uncertainties in the estimates this was completed for only the southern portion of the country. The highest variability occurred over the Prairies and the Interior regions of British Columbia.
