Note(s):
OECD databases do not have entries for real GFCF and real government
consumption for Greece. An unreported dummy variable is used to account for
the impact of the missing data. An examination of residual values suggested
that Luxembourg is an aberrant observation. It is removed from the dataset
used for regressions.
