All models include sex, age group, marital status, number of children, educational attainment, immigrant status, household income, household size, homeownership, self-assessed health, region of residence, and urban/rural residence. Regressions in Panel B and Panel C also included controls for self-employment status, work hours, and shift work—coefficients not reported.
