    This article gives an overview of adaptive design elements introduced to the PASS panel survey in waves four to seven. The main focus is on experimental interventions in later phases of the fieldwork. These interventions aim at balancing the sample by prioritizing low-propensity sample members. In wave 7, interviewers received a double premium for completion of interviews with low-propensity cases in the final phase of the fieldwork. This premium was restricted to a random half of the cases with low estimated response propensity and no final status after four months of prior fieldwork. This incentive was effective in increasing interviewer effort, however, led to no significant increase in response rates.

Analysis is presented on the number of cybercrimes reported by police services covering 80% of the population of Canada, as well as the characteristics of incidents, victims, and persons accused of cyber-related violations. These findings are supplemented with self-reported data on cyber-bullying, based on results from the 2009 General Social Survey (GSS) on Victimization.

This article examines completed cases where at least one charge received a final decision of NCRMD, in ten reporting Canadian provinces and territories from 2005/2006 to 2011/2012.

The paper explains why productivity is important. It outlines how productivity growth fits into the growth accounting framework and how this framework is used to examine the various sources of economic growth. It also provides an overview of Canada’s long-term productivity performance and compares Canada to the United States—both in terms of productivity levels and productivity growth rates.

  • By relevance is only needed or beneficial when you use the search box and submit a search query. Results are ordered by a combination of where the search term appears in the content, e.g., if it appears in the title, it likely means the product is more relevant to your search; how up to date or new the content in the product is; how popular the product is; and other factors.
  • By title – sorts results alphabetically.
