    Description: This article presents results from the Survey of Sexual Misconduct in the Canadian Armed Forces. Namely, the prevalence of general sexualized behaviour in the workplace; discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity; personal experiences of discrimination or sexualized behaviour; the prevalence of sexual assault; and knowledge of policies on sexual misconduct and perceptions of responses to sexual misconduct are examined. Where possible, results are analyzed by gender, environmental command, type of service, age, and rank.

However, there is a paucity of research investigating the extent to which military members experience positive mental health. The purpose of this research is to validate a commonly used measure of positive mental health known as the mental health continuum-short form in a nationally representative sample of Canadian Armed Forces personnel.

They are comparative measurements that numerically express the difference between the retail prices of a representative basket of goods and services at a foreign location with prices for a similar basket of goods and services in Ottawa. They reflect the circumstances for personnel who may have access to stores or sources of supply that are not available to the general public. These personnel also may have access to certain goods and services that are free of duties or taxes or may be provided with supplies or allowances by the Department of National Defence or the United Nations. The indexes in this listing are not appropriate for use by non-military personnel.
