As the second part of this series, this article examines the profile of buyers who purchased a residential property from January 1 to December 31, 2018, in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and British Columbia. New insights are provided on differences by sex, number of buyers as part of a sale, family type, first-time home buyers, and immigration status.
