Dominant farm type by census division defined by the 2012 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)
This sixth set of thematic maps, based on the data from the 2016 Census of Agriculture, shows maps on a dominant farm type for each province of Canada by census division. Each province has two series of classification: the census divisions are defined by the 2012 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) where one is by the most important source of gross farm receipts and the other is by the highest count of agricultural operations for a predominant type of production.
