Obesity: A Growing Issue
This article examines weight gain over the past decade for Canadians who were aged between 20 and 56 years old in 1994-1995. Using the longitudinal data from the National Population Health Survey, it looks at the relationship between becoming obese and factors such as sex, household income, marital status, smoking, drinking and the level of physical activity.
