Shifting perceptions of misinformation in Canada: Trends in exposure, detection and trust

It examines the sources and platforms Canadians use to access news and information, how frequently they report encountering misinformation, and whether they perceive it to be increasingly difficult to distinguish between true and false information. In addition, the paper analyzes how experiences with misinformation relate to confidence in the media and levels of interpersonal trust.
