The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented job losses in Canada, impacts that can increase the number of Canadians who are susceptible to income-related food insecurity. This article is based on data collected during the week of May 4 to 10, 2020, and looks at the populations who reported experiencing food insecurity due to financial difficulties.
