A correction has been made to the HTML version of this product. In the description of Chart 1 in the HTML version of the paper, the units for the horizontal axis were corrected to display the specific quarters and years for the period from 2005 to 2014. The chart title was also slightly changed in the HTML and PDF versions to improve the interpretability of the chart.
