G-Code (Automated and Interactive Coding - Generalized System)

As part of Statistics Canada's suite of Generalized Systems, G-Code is used to perform computerized coding. G-Code may be used for both automated and assisted code assignments, and may also be implemented within custom applications using the product's API. Coding dictionaries are custom-created by the user(s) of the software, and applications may refer to multiple dictionaries concurrently. G-Code is entirely self-contained and requires no additional software to be installed, nor does it require the acquisition of any additional licenses. G-Code is a Windows-based application which may be deployed to both workstations and servers. Server-side processing may also be performed in Unix-based environments.
