Oilseed crushing statistics, May 2026

Oilseed processors crushed 1.0 million tonnes of canola in May, down 1.5% from April 2026 and up 24.7% from May 2025. Oil production reached 446.7 thousand tonnes in May 2026, while meal production was 597.8 thousand tonnes.
