Investment in non-residential for Canada increased 0.4% in July compared with June 2025. Newfoundland and Labrador was up 0.9%, Prince Edward Island was down 6.5%, Nova Scotia was down 2.3%, New Brunswick was up 2.4%, Quebec was down 0.3%, Ontario was up 0.6%, Manitoba was up 0.6%, Saskatchewan was down 1.2%, Alberta was up 4.3%, British Columbia was down 1.9%, Yukon was down 4.5%, Northwest Territories was down 15.6% and Nunavut was down 3.8%.

Total investment for Canada was $6,757.1 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $26.2 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $21.7 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $122.3 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $112.8 million, total investment for Quebec was $1,226.5 million, total investment for Ontario was $2,950.1 million, total investment for Manitoba was $231.6 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $178.9 million, total investment for Alberta was $860.6 million, total investment for British Columbia was $992.1 million, total investment for Yukon was $21.5 million, total investment for Northwest Territories was $1.9 million and total investment for Nunavut was $10.9 million.

Institutional: Market share was 30.8% and total investment totalled $2,084.4 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 10.1% or $191.4 million.
