Lumber production decreased 1.1% from March to 4 278.2 thousand cubic metres in April. Production was down 6.1% from April 2024.
Sawmills shipped 3 955.5 thousand cubic metres of lumber in April, down 5.8% from March and down 6.0% from April 2024.

Table 16-10-0018-01, "Canadian lumber exports by mode of transportation," is available. This table contains annual data by province or territory from 1999 to 2024.
