  Note to readers

The 2022 Time Use Survey (TUS) is a cross-sectional survey collected from July 2022 to July 2023 with a target population of non-institutionalized persons aged 15 and older living in the 10 provinces. The TUS collects a 24-hour time diary on how respondents spent their time during the day, as well as additional information on well-being, paid work, transportation, and sociodemographic characteristics.

For more information about this survey (questionnaires, definitions, data sources and methods used), please see the page Surveys and statistical programs - Time Use Survey.

Public use microdata files consist of sets of records containing information on individuals or households (microdata). They are non-aggregated data of which variables may have been collapsed, capped, or grouped to avoid the possibility of disclosure.
