Note to readers
Fredericton, Drummondville, Red Deer, Kelowna, Kamloops and Nanaimo have been added as new census metropolitan areas in 2021. The 2021 non-census metropolitan area estimates are not directly comparable with non-census metropolitan area estimates of prior years in provinces that have new census metropolitan areas in 2021.
