Investment in non-residential construction for Canada increased 0.4% compared with May 2024. Newfoundland and Labrador was up 3.8%, Prince Edward Island was up 1.0%, Nova Scotia was up 3.2%, New Brunswick was up 8.4%, Quebec was down 0.7%, Ontario was up 0.4%, Manitoba was up 0.4%, Saskatchewan was up 2.4%, Alberta was up 1.1%, British Columbia was up 0.2%, Yukon was up 5.9%, Northwest Territories was down 11.6%, Nunavut was up 13.3%.

Total investment for Canada was $6,390.5 million, total investment for Newfoundland and Labrador was $28.5 million, total investment for Prince Edward Island was $21.8 million, total investment for Nova Scotia was $102.3 million, total investment for New Brunswick was $94.1 million, total investment for Quebec was $1,400.3 million, total investment for Ontario was $2,620.5 million, total investment for Manitoba was $218.1 million, total investment for Saskatchewan was $157.1 million, total investment for Alberta was $731.1 million, total investment for British Columbia was $990.3 million, total investment for Yukon was $18.1 million, total investment for Northwest Territories was $5.5 million, total investment for Nunavut was $2.9 million.
