In the regions of Quebec, Ontario, Prairies, and British Columbia, the ROTA increased from 2019 to 2020. In the Atlantic and Territories regions, the ROTA decreased from 2019 to 2020.

The ROTA in the Atlantic region in 2020 was 5.7%, decreasing by 0.6 percentage points from 2019.

The ROTA in the Quebec region in 2020 was 6.1%, increasing by 1.0 percentage point from 2019.

The ROTA in the Ontario region in 2020 was 4.8%, increasing by 0.7 percentage points from 2019.

The ROTA in the Prairies region in 2020 was 1.9%, increasing by 1.7 percentage points from 2019.

The ROTA in the British Columbia region in 2020 was 7.9%, increasing by 0.1 percentage points from 2019.

The ROTA in the Territories region in 2020 was 5.2%, decreasing by 0.3 percentage points from 2019.

The ROTA in Canada in 2020 was 4.3%, increasing by 1.0 percentage point from 2019.
