Newfoundland and Labrador up 3.6%, Prince Edward Island down 19.5%, Nova Scotia down 21.1%, New Brunswick down 24.7%, Quebec up 3.4%, Ontario down 8.1%, Manitoba down 22.3%, Saskatchewan down 24.6%, Alberta up 2.1%, British Columbia down 26.5%, Yukon down 63.5%, Northwest Territories down 94.3%, Nunavut: not applicable.

Residential: a month-over month decrease of 11.6%
Non residential: a month-over-month decrease of 2.7%
Single family dwellings: total value was $3,415 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 3.8% or $133.1 million.
Multi-family dwellings: total value was $3,306 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 18.5% or $751.2 million.
Industrial: total value was $916 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 15.2% or $120.7 million.
Commercial: total value was $1,735 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 10.2% or $196.3 million.
Institutional: total value was $744 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 2.6% or $19.6 million.
