Newfoundland and Labrador down 11.8%, Prince Edward Island down 10.5%, Nova Scotia down 18.0%, New Brunswick down 2.3%, Quebec down 0.5%, Ontario up 1.1%, Manitoba up 5.8%, Saskatchewan down 27.5%, Alberta down 9.6%, British Columbia down 2.7%, Yukon down 39.5%, Northwest Territories up 1480.0%, Nunavut down 100.0%.

Single family dwellings: total value was $3,629 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 1.3% or $45.7 million.
Multi-family dwellings: total value was $4,116 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 6.0% or $260.9 million.
Industrial: total value was $762 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 8.4% or $58.9 million.
Commercial: total value was $1,929 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 7.9% or $165.4 million.
Institutional: total value was $720 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 17.2% or $105.5 million.
