Newfoundland and Labrador down 9.7%, Prince Edward Island up 67.9%, Nova Scotia up 35.5%, New Brunswick down 3.9%, Quebec up 9.5%, Ontario up 1.4%, Manitoba down 0.5%, Saskatchewan up 49.5%, Alberta up 20.6%, British Columbia up 5.1%, Yukon down 60.4%, Northwest Territories down 55.6%, Nunavut: not applicable.

Residential: a month-over month increase of 12.0%
Non-residential: a month-over-month decrease of 3.4%
Single-family dwellings: total value was $3,507 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 3.3% or $112.5 million.
Multi-family dwellings: total value was $4,304 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 20.2% or $723.4 million.
Industrial: total value was $688 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 45.1% or $213.7 million.
Commercial: total value was $2,081 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 14.3% or $261.0 million.
Institutional: total value was $613 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 49.2% or $593.3 million.
