Newfoundland and Labrador down 3.5%, Prince Edward Island down 14.1%, Nova Scotia down 38.9%, New Brunswick up 16.3%, Quebec down 1.0%, Ontario up 3.3%, Manitoba down 7.1%, Saskatchewan up 16.1%, Alberta up 9.8%, British Columbia down 13.6%, Yukon up 348.9%, Northwest Territories down 91.9%, Nunavut down 100.0% (use with caution).

Residential: a month-over month decrease of 6.7%
Non residential: a month-over-month increase of 17.4%
Single family dwellings: total value was $3,579 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 7.0% or $268.6 million.
Multi-family dwellings: total value was $4,134 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 6.5% or $289.3 million.
Industrial: total value was $592 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 13.2% or $90.1 million.
Commercial: total value was $1,892 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 28.7% or $421.9 million.
Institutional: total value was $910 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 23.1% or $170.8 million.
