Newfoundland and Labrador down 0.1%, Prince Edward Island up 107.2%, Nova Scotia up 15.2%, New Brunswick up 42.7%, Quebec up 0.0%, Ontario up 15.4%, Manitoba up 19.1%, Saskatchewan down 10.2%, Alberta up 0.5%, British Columbia down 9.4%, Yukon up 36.9%, Northwest Territories up 917.9%, Nunavut down 91.3% (use with caution).

Residential: a month-over month increase of 15.9%
Non residential: a month-over-month decrease of 15.6%
Single family dwellings: total value was $3,800 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 7.6% or $269.4 million.
Multi-family dwellings: total value was $4,267 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 24.5% or $839.8 million.
Industrial: total value was $651 million, representing a month-over-month increase of 16.4% or $91.4 million.
Commercial: total value was $1,453 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 14.6% or $248.1 million.
Institutional: total value was $732 million, representing a month-over-month decrease of 33.5% or $369.1 million.
