Data from the Survey of Maintenance Enforcement Programs for 2018/2019 are now available.

  Note to readers

This survey collects information on child and spousal support payments from provincial and territorial maintenance enforcement programs that exist across Canada to assist recipients in the collection and enforcement of support. Survey data provide information on the volume and type of cases enrolled, support amounts due, compliance with support payments, and enforcement actions, among other measures.
