Value added in exports, 2016
Data on the value added in exports for 2016 are now available. The tables for 2014 and 2015 have also been revised.
Note to readers
The value added in exports database provides data on the exports and imports of industries, as well as on the direct and indirect impact of exports on gross domestic product and jobs by industry. Industry impacts can be viewed from the perspective of their impact on other industries or from the perspective of an industry's dependence on other industries. Data cover the period from 2007 to 2016 and rely on the supply-and-use tables, which provide the basis for the calculations.
For more information on the methodology, see the document "Value-added exports: measurement framework."
