Newfoundland and Labrador down 11.7%, Prince Edward Island up 11.2%, Nova Scotia down 7.9%, New Brunswick up 9.8%, Quebec up 0.2%, Ontario down 0.0%, Manitoba down 14.3%, Saskatchewan up 1.8%, Alberta up 3.5%, British Columbia down 7.5%, Yukon down 3.1%, Northwest Territories up 44.8%, Nunavut up 57.1%.

Row homes: Market share was 11.4%, total investment totalled $567.7 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 18.2% or $87.5 million.

Condo and rental apartments: Market share was 44.3%, total investment totalled $2,217.5 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 7.6% or $157.2 million.
