The initial estimates of the digital economy presented in this paper are only available in nominal basic prices. To compare the digital economy with the total economy, gross domestic product (GDP) in nominal market prices was adjusted for taxes less subsidies on products and imports. This adjustment provides an approximate estimate of GDP in nominal basic prices.
