Investment in residential construction for Canada increased 5.4% compared to January 2019. Newfoundland and Labrador up 4.1%, Prince Edward Island up 1.2%, Nova Scotia up 3.5%, New Brunswick down 12.3%, Quebec up 5.9%, Ontario up 5.9%. Manitoba up 4.3%. Saskatchewan up 17.5%, Alberta up 6.7%, British Columbia up 3.5%, Yukon up 21.3%, Northwest Territories down 22.3%, Nunavut down 39.2%.

Apartments: Market share is 50.9%, total investment totalled $2,174.9 million, representing a year-over-year increase of 29.0% or $489.2 million.
