In the past year, Statistics Canada has adopted an ambitious modernization initiative to respond to issues raised by Canadians through extensive coast-to-coast consultations. As part of the initiative, the agency has developed a number of new projects with the aim of reducing the response burden placed on the farms, small businesses and households that participate in the agency's surveys.
More information on the agency's efforts to reduce response burden is now available online on Statistics Canada's website.
