Shipments of asphalt shingles totalled 2.2 million metric bundles in October, down 30.3% from the previous month. Compared with October 2017, shipments were 21.9% lower.
Production of asphalt shingles increased 1.1% from the previous month to 3.0 million metric bundles in October, while production was 22.9% lower compared with October 2017.
