Canadian manufacturers produced 2.2 billion cigarettes in November, up 10.4% from October. Cigarette production increased 0.2% from the same month a year earlier.
The total number of cigarettes sold decreased 7.9% from October to 1.6 billion in November, down 13.2% compared with November 2016.
