Aggregate tables presenting the 2014 Public Service Employee Survey results for the entire public service and federal departments are now available upon request.
The primary objective of the survey is to obtain the views of federal public service employees about their workforce, work environment and leadership. The survey results highlight where organizations are doing well and identify areas for improvement to help organizations develop informed action plans to strengthen people management issues. This survey was sponsored by the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada.
