Payroll employment, earnings and hours, July 2012
In July, average weekly earnings of non-farm payroll employees were $906.68, up 1.1% from the previous month. On a year-over-year basis, earnings increased 4.1%.

As of July 1, 2012, Canada's population was estimated at 34,880,500, an increase of 396,500 or 1.1% from the same date in 2011. This was similar to the average growth rate of the last 20 years. The Canadian population continues to age, reaching a median age of 40.0 years.
