Canadian economic accounts, first quarter 2007 and March 2007

A slight pick-up in consumer spending and an inventory build-up resulting from strengthened production fuelled the advance. Economic output was up 0.3% in March. A more detailed analysis is available in Canadian Economic Accounts Quarterly Review.
