Freight Rail Services Price Index, November 2022

The Freight Rail Services Price Index is a monthly index that measures the price changes for delivering a carload of a certain commodity and of a specific weight, over a specific distance (specific origin and destination), and under certain terms of shipment.

Data are available at the Canada level only, and only for certain commodities.

With each release, data for the previous month may have been revised. The index is not seasonally adjusted.
