Data from the Uniform Crime Reporting Survey linked to the Integrated Criminal Court Survey are now available. The dataset includes selected variables for police-reported incidents that could be linked to court cases completed in Canada's adult criminal and youth courts between 2010/2011 and 2019/2020. The purpose of this linked file is to examine characteristics, such as the outcomes of completed cases, the sentences imposed, and the time required to complete cases, with a particular focus on cases involving intimate partner violence.
