Data for 2018 (revised) and 2019 on the value of products produced and sold by the manufacturing industries are now available upon request for Canada and the provinces and territories.

This information is collected as part of the Annual Survey of Manufacturing and Logging Industries.
Changes in methodology were made to the Annual Survey of Manufacturing and Logging Industries beginning with the 2013 reference year. Among them is the adoption of the 2012 North American Product Classification System (Canada) (NAPCS), which replaces the list of goods from the 2004 Annual Survey of Manufactures. Users should therefore use caution when comparing current data with historical data prior to 2013.
A variant of the 2017 NAPCS (Canada), version 2.0, was used in the collection of the 2018 Annual Survey of Manufacturing and Logging Industries.
