The 2018 estimates of mineral production in Canada are now available on the Annual Statistics of Mineral Production page of the Natural Resources Canada website. These data are published together with the 2019 preliminary estimates of mineral production in Canada.
Note to readers
This release presents estimates that are not seasonally adjusted. This survey estimates the outputs and shipments of products, such as metallic and non-metallic minerals as well as aggregates and refractory minerals. The Annual Mineral Production Survey – Preliminary Estimates covers several products, including cobalt, copper, diamonds, gold, gypsum, lead, potash, salt, silver and uranium.
