Canadian manufacturers produced 2.1 billion cigarettes in November, down 0.2% from October. Cigarette production was 5.0% lower compared with the same month a year earlier.
The number of cigarettes sold totalled 1.7 billion, down 1.3% from October but up 4.1% from November 2017.
